Looking for the best South of Fifth condo for kids? Continuum is definitely your condo of choice. While many people aren't aware of the fact that lots of families live in South Beach's most desired southern point, the area is actually quite attractive for families. South of Fifth offers a really well rated elementary school; South Pointe Elementary  which offers PreK to Grade 5. This well-rated public school is a desired choice for many South of Fifth families. South of Fifth is also home to beautiful parks, allowing your kids to ride a bike, run around, play with other kids or have fun on the wet play ground.


Continuum South Beach for Families

Within South of Fifth many parents opt for the Continuum condo to raise their families. Besides the ample offering of large residences, Continuum has much more to offer to moms and dads. As a parent, raising two young children in Continuum, I can say I am very pleased with the amenities at Continuum.  First of all we have the large and lush gardens for our kids to run around. The building is also extremely secure with fingerprint access. If I would give you my fob, you would not be able to pass the lobby without having your fingerprint registered. Apart from this, there are many guards on the premises who watch over the access points from the street as well as from the beach. This really is a great selling point for concerned parents. I feel my kids can walk around freely without me having to follow their every step. In the weekends we frequent the two huge pools, we walk in the lush manicured garden or we access the kids room (Located on the 4th floor of the South Tower).

This 4th floor was recently redone and is now offering a brand new children's room, lounges, conference rooms (where I often work while my kids play in the room next door) and more, all featuring a beautiful and modern design. In the North Tower (which was completely redone in 2017) besides a new lobby and a brand new residents cafe, they created a covered outside area, where many parents are pushing their strollers while being protected from the sun. Finally, Continuum is the only condo in South of Fifth that offers beach service. In the weekends we sometimes go to the private Continuum beach which offers chairs, towels and umbrellas. The beach (and pool) are also serviced by the Patio, Continuum's onsite restaurant. It's truly an ideal condo for those looking for a safe and functional living environment for their little ones, while at the same time maintaining your own lifestyle
