This article is to show how much the renovations and updates of certain units have affected the actual sale prices. As a seller it is important to know how much value is added to your unit by remodeling it and as a buyer you want to know whether you are not overpaying for a remodeled unit. You don't move to Miami to look at other buildings, you move to Miami to see the ocean and to live an outdoors life. Condos with spectacular views perform better over time than those who don't have water views. The same goes for condos with high ceilings heights and deep balconies . These architectural features are normally seen in luxury condos and provide for a competitive advantage. Third, finishes e.g. Zubzero and Wolf as opposed to GE, Monogram, Philips or Whirlpool.
